Product Quality: Responsible for the build quality of the product in line with the standard operating instructions. May be required to assist in the training of others.
Maintenance: Working to APS practices follow routine maintenance schedules and cleaning plans for workstations, jigs and fixtures.Highlight any issues to the Production Support Engineer/Coordinator. As and when required, support any other duties that may be required to support the manufacturing facility.
Continuous Improvement: Implement where instructed, process improvement actions that will result in sustainable productivity improvements without impairing product quality or delivery performance or safety. Make proposals that you feel will deliver improvements and savings in line with GE processes and policies using the Employee Ideas Scheme.
