Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of laboratory experience or chemistry‑lab education. The role requires basic math skills, the ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as walking, pushing, pulling, and stretching, as well as good organizational skills, mechanical aptitude and basic computer proficiency. Experience with shift work is also required.
