ATS is seeking a Lead Administrator to support all ATS inspection facilities throughout the United States. The role includes training administrative staff, onboarding new hires, and developing current team members’ skills. It also leads collaborative sessions to maintain consistency and best practices, while providing hands‑on support during periods of increased workload or extended absences. The position is ideally based at the corporate facility in Marietta, GA, though placement at other inspection field offices may be considered based on experience and qualifications.
The Lead Administrator ensures a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by complying with company and client safety standards and promptly reporting hazards. They manage ATS systems such as LIMS, Traverse, Kinetic, and new applications like IP Track for invoicing, while communicating effectively with customers and vendors to support project execution. Additional duties include setting up customer and vendor accounts, maintaining accurate records and archives, providing invoicing documentation, processing payroll and expenses, coordinating travel logistics, auditing invoices for contract compliance, and handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with five or more years of administrative experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Office, database management, and excellent typing, as well as experience interacting with clients at all organizational levels. Effective written and verbal communication, strong organizational abilities, multitasking proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. All applicants must pass a drug screen, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and meet U.S. Persons criteria for ITAR compliance.
