Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to verify compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to prevent shortages
Arrange/cover for absent staff
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff, aligning tasks with the Operations Manager’s directives
Ensure full compliance with health, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
Address client and staff concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain and manage cleaning schedules to ensure timely and consistent service delivery
Train new cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and company standards
Perform deep cleaning of sites weekly in accordance with the Operations Manager’s instructions

Strong organisational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach
Availability for 25 hours per week 39 weeks per year.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices
Valid DBS check (mandatory)
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
Proven experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership within a facilities management environment
Reliable transport and willingness to travel between sites (mileage allowance provided)
Benefits
Available from 15.00 - 19.00.
Pro-rata Salary of £1347.29 per month.
Term time only (39 weeks per year, with some additional overtime for shut down cleans).
Mileage paid at 0.25 p per mile
28 days paid holiday per year
