3. Analyze the functional requirements of Body in White and create measurement strategy for the fitment of modules
7. Ensure quality and timelines of every delivery in the project.
9. Discussion with cross functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback and providing solutions
1. Define measurement system, locator strategy & tolerance specification for Body in White components and exterior trims in line with styling and manufacturing requirements
2. Ensure robustness of measurement system from part fabrication to complete BiW
11. Create and align closures integration concept in line with gap & flush plan to fulfill the requirements
10. Create and align sub module integration concept to ensure fitment and fulfil the production planning requirement.
6. Execute tolerance simulation in 3DCS to replicate the production process digitally, usage of correct probability distribution in relation to manufacturing process and validate the robustness of the concept

Education Requirements: Bachelors/ master's in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering
