  • Maintain accurate HR records and data within Paycom.
  • Guide employees through onboarding and offboarding with a focus on positive experience and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders on employee life cycle activities including performance, coaching, and development.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Keep HR workflows and SOPs up to date and easy to follow.
  • Help design and support engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing HR presentations, communications, and leadership reports.
  • Be a go-to resource for employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement system/process improvements.
  • Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee education.
  • Prepare for and support audits, ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot system questions from employees and managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screens for select roles to assess candidate fit and alignment.
  • Manage scheduling, calls, and logistics for the Chief People Officer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
  • Help keep the People Division coordinated and running smoothly.
  • Execute HR transactions and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage required reporting such as EEO, employment verifications, and labor postings.
