- Tailor governance frameworks to meet internal and client expectations
- Track and report on project budget, ensuring spend aligns with forecasts and targets
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for all data migration activities
- Apply expertise in data migration tools, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Communicate project updates, risks, and challenges clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and direction to data analysts, developers, and business analysts
- Manage risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs and mitigation plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations to meet project milestones

- Strong command of ETL processes, including data mapping, transformation logic, and validation protocols
- Experience working in client-facing roles, particularly within outsourced service delivery models
- Proven track record of managing large-scale data migration projects
- Extensive experience in the utilities sector, ideally within water or energy environments
- Proficient in SQL, data migration tools, and cloud-based platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Skilled in data governance, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection standards relevant to customer and billing data
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
