- Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
- Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
- Conduct regular safety meetings
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal)
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel to job sites as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
