The Groundskeeper for Centennial Village is a member of the Maintenance team who works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff to ensure the apartment community remains attractive and functional for residents.
The position involves daily upkeep of the property’s landscape and exterior areas, including cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpsters, exterior hallways, and maintaining flowerbeds, plants, and grass. Seasonal tasks such as snow removal and routine pool maintenance are also required.
The Groundskeeper delivers world‑class customer service by responding to resident concerns in a friendly, professional manner and may assist the maintenance crew on additional projects as directed.
- Maintain landscaping and clean all exterior areas, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpsters, and hallways.
- Perform snow removal and routine pool cleaning/maintenance.
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly with courteous, professional service.

Strong oral and written communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings or weekends on call are essential; bilingual ability in English or Spanish is a plus.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational education is required. The role operates in a professional office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment, and involves travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical demands include standing or sitting for up to 85 % of the shift, climbing stairs, and the capability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lb repeatedly. Travel may constitute up to 10 % of work time.
