Maintain inventory control by utilizing appropriate equipment, performing cycle counts and performing reconciliation of counts.
Prepare paperwork for related shipments including but not limited to Packing Slips, Bills of Lading and Hazmat Declarations.
Package and stage completed product for shipment.
Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets.
Verifies specifications by measuring complete components.
Follow standard processes to build and produce standard and custom products to define specifications in production paperwork and project documentation.
Actively engage and contribute to department continuous improvement activities.
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves and workstations neat and orderly.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Perform product modifications and product packaging to PBL (Project Business Logistics) specifications.
Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in working order.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Literate in personal computing, moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, preferred.

Detail oriented, thorough, accurate, organized, productive with the ability to seek and understand cause/effect of a given situation.
Exceptional math skills involving decimals and fractions.
Material handling tasks associated with working in a production-type environment.
Capable of prioritizing project pick/pack/ship.
Willingness to travel to support Hilti North America distribution network, preferred
Direct or indirect leadership experience, preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self- responsibility.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment, preferred.
Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity and practice innovation.
