Key responsibilities include creating standard operating procedures, overseeing preventive and pre‑emptive maintenance, conducting regular inspections for energy use, risk, and safety, managing audit programs, and ensuring compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations. The role also involves training on‑site teams, supporting service delivery, maintaining an equipment database, and preparing monthly performance reports.
Candidates must hold an engineering degree with at least two years of experience or a diploma with four years in a related field, plus tertiary qualifications in property, building, or facilities management. Required skills include contract administration, tendering, strong people and communication abilities, knowledge of occupational safety, and solid PC literacy, while consistently meeting KPIs and cost‑saving initiatives.
