The role involves facilitating a variety of training sessions for field personnel, focusing on hands‑on work tasks, standard work instructions, safe environments, improved quality, and waste elimination to boost productivity. The incumbent trains and mentors Trade Superintendents, Assistant Trade Superintendents, Forepersons, and other field employees to enhance their facilitation abilities, while also serving as a liaison between the corporate office and job sites for learning and development needs. Acting as a champion of corporate culture and standardized work processes, the position requires extensive travel.
Candidates must hold a four‑year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education, practical field experience, and knowledge of company processes. They need at least eight years of progressive construction experience, including four years of leading and supervising construction teams, or demonstrated leadership abilities to teach and develop supervisors. Experience creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process, or regulatory training is also required.
Ideal candidates can facilitate training, conversations, and meetings at all organizational levels with strong presentation skills. They should have a solid understanding of basic electrical theory, electrical safety, and the practical use of common electrical tools, materials, and installation methods for renewable projects. The ability to analyze technical needs, make recommendations for training, and teach low, medium, and high voltage construction practices is essential.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $100,561 to $145,814, determined by experience and internal equity.
