The New Business Sales Advisor role in Andover serves as the first point of contact for customers interested in Stannah stairlifts or homelifts. The position works Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, offering hybrid working and office‑based training.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, an empathetic and caring approach, and the ability to listen, influence and guide customers toward suitable solutions. Experience in customer service or sales support is desirable, and the role values teamwork and a willingness to learn technical product details.
