The Finance Intern will work closely with the finance team, handling tasks that range from member billing to project expense management. This role provides direct exposure to senior leaders such as the CFO, Controller, and Director of Finance, offering hands‑on experience in both accounting and finance within a fast‑growing organization in the emerging hybrid‑work sector.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects
- Manage billing processes, including refunds, voids, and credit notes, using Stripe and OfficeRnD
- Monitor accounts payable; ensure timely invoice approval and payment via Bill platform
- Perform end‑of‑month project reconciliations with Xero and Procore
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming financial mail
- Update weekly cash‑flow template in Google Sheets accurately and promptly
- Monitor Ramp credit‑card transactions; code and process them timely
- Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and accounting projects
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to discussions
- Own reconciliation process for various GL accounts during month‑end close across sites and projects
