The firm is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Interior Design to lead its hospitality-focused interiors division. This is a key leadership role responsible for creative direction, project delivery, team management, and client engagement across luxury hotel, resort, and branded residence projects throughout the Gulf region.

12+ years of interior design experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Gulf region.
Strong design acumen paired with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with international hotel operator requirements (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Accor, etc.).
Maintain strong knowledge of international hospitality trends, luxury design benchmarks, materials, and innovations.
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Proven portfolio of completed high-end hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts, branded residences).
