What you would be doing

Assist with financial reporting as required.
Ensure timesheets are processed in a timely manner including entering reports for approval
Cost tracking for subcontractors, and forecasting for areas of responsibility.
Reviewing cost code allocations and correct allocation of costs incurred.
Ensure expenses and invoices are processed and are in line with contractual obligations.
Sending out communications as required about month-end process or requirements for financial processes or timesheets process for the correct payments for workers.
Prepare, review and disseminate month-end reports
Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications.
Reviewing monthly charges and challenging incorrect allocations.
