The position is located at The Mastlight & Southfield Commons in Weymouth, MA, and works Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on a part‑time, 20‑hour‑per‑week schedule. The role includes a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.
- Log each package into the storage room and organize them for easy retrieval.
- Assist residents in retrieving their packages.
- Patrol buildings for litter and outdated notices, removing them to trash receptacles.
- Deliver property staff notices to apartment doors as needed.
