What you would be doing

Produce and maintain paperwork or logs as required.
Setup for customer meetings including ordering food, prepping AV equipment, handouts, etc.
Handle circulation of birthday and holiday cards for employees and customers.

Interact with all levels of internal team members and external customers in a professional and supportive manner.
Order supplies, stock and maintain conference room and client shared workspaces.
Order supplies for breakrooms and stock and maintain them.
Help organize and setup for company functions and events.
Order and stock office supplies and keep records of use and associated costs.
Operate the computer as needed for email, general reports and record keeping.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
Perform various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phones, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Provide administrative assistance to President and Vice-President.
Coordinate and track routine maintenance items of building.
Perform basic accounting functions such as data input, time sheet matching, making copies, etc.
Greet and direct incoming clients, vendors, and deliveries.
