Maintain a well-organized filing system for quality records to ensure audit readiness and accessibility.

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve non-conformances promptly.
Proven experience in inspection, testing, and reporting for large-scale infrastructure or road construction projects.
Solid understanding of quality management systems, construction specifications, and testing standards.
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test data.
Working knowledge of surveying principles, testing methodologies, and equipment calibration requirements.
Proactive, decisive, and confident in making quality-related judgments, including halting non-compliant work when necessary.
Prior experience with Ministry of Transportation projects or public infrastructure contracts.
Proven ability to implement and manage QC Plans in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
Experience managing subcontractor quality programs and overseeing third-party inspection/testing services.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills for working with teams, subcontractors, and Ministry representatives.
Professional designation as a Qualified Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Certified Engineering Technician (C.E.T.), Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.), or another qualified equivalent credentials acceptable to the Ministry.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Applied Science (or equivalent field).
Extensive knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management for civil infrastructure or construction projects.
Proficient in documentation control, report preparation, and maintaining auditable quality records.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively support the Quality Manager and Project Director.
