- Monitor works during installation and make a final assessment of the completed task after all test results and as fitted documentation is complete ensuring alignment to the Engineering Change Request process (ECR) and published Ministry of Defence (MoD) standards.
- Provide relevant site information and design guidance to clients, integrated project teams and project officers with regards to new ICT installations or changes to existing ICT installations.
- Assess designs submitted and issue design conformance certification.
- Complete site inspections against an agreed program and highlight any non-compliance issues.

- Applicants will have a good working knowledge of JSP 453 and other documents called up within it.
- We require applicants to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a MoD ICT project role, thereby having acquired experience of military working environments.
- Be fully conversant with an assortment of standards and to be able to provide sound advice and guide others, as necessary.
- Applicants will be required to be CIDA qualified, having obtained a Defence CIDA Installation Design Course certificate.
- Able to gain and maintain DV security clearance
