The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in daily operations and financial functions of a housing community, handling rent collection, staff supervision, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management, especially in the manager’s absence.
Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and certifications, with a total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays. Salary range is $21‑$23 per hour.
