7-10+ years of direct experience estimating projects within the similar or direct scope of heavy civil work (deep excavation, shoring, heavy utility, WWTP, deep foundations).
Utilize AGTEK Construction Estimating Software proficiently for earthwork analysis and quantity take-offs.
Proven experience interpreting and analyzing geo-technical reports, including assessing rock formations, excavation conditions, and LiDAR reports.
Proven ability to read and interpret detailed civil, structural, and pipe drawings/specifications.
Prior experience or strong understanding of the scope and challenges within a Project Manager role is highly valued.
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (MVR).
Possess a self-motivated, deadline-driven work ethic and a clear leadership mentality.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening/physical.
Strong knowledge/understanding of deep excavations, heavy utility systems, shoring techniques, and heavy civil structural construction principles.
Must be willing to work in-office full-time in either the Smyrna or Savannah location. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field is preferred.
Strong proficiency using AGTEK, Bluebeam, and within Microsoft Excel (formulas and functions).
