Working with operational teams to define asset hierarchies, PPM standards, and QR code strategies.
Collaborating with IT and software vendors to maintain system integrity, implement upgrades and ensure value for money.
Acting as the primary point of contact for CAFM-related queries, troubleshooting and implementing system changes.
Leading improvements and development of Kier's CAFM system across existing and new contracts.
Providing training, support and guidance to operational teams on the use of the CAFM system.
