Maintaining the appearance and organization of the supply/storage area.

Daily removal of litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, dumpster enclosures, and curbs.
Observing and reporting issues such as water leaks, fire hazards, or unlocked doors.
Perform daily walkthroughs of the property to remove debris such as trash, cigarette butts, leaves, newspapers, and other litter.
Salting public passageways during winter weather to prevent ice accumulation.
Follow all company safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Contact emergency services when necessary and report such incidents to the Property Manager.
Support the Preventative Maintenance Program by reporting issues or assisting with small exterior tasks when requested.
Assist the property team with reasonable tasks that support the overall operation of the site.
Assist with general facility cleanliness, including mopping, addressing small spills, wiping counters, and monitoring basic restroom needs to ensure a clean environment.
Light sweeping or scrubbing of outdoor walkways or gathering areas.
Routine property patrols to identify and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or irregularities.
Sweep curbs, sidewalks, and high-traffic exterior areas as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior common areas, including walkways, breezeways, entry areas, parking lots, and dumpster areas,
