Facilitating the development of the winning bid strategy, with supporting win themes and storyboard development.
Responsible for conducting a quality review/page turn of the final printed proposal documents and perform a check against the RFP requirements to ensure the submission is of high quality, and accurate.

The individual is required to work on multiple assignments, with overlapping schedules, and needs to be able to multitask and delegate responsibilities to team members to accomplish all tasks.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 3 years of RFP response and proposal development.
Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Degree in English, Business or similar.
Architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry experience preferred.
