• Morning: Align a schedule that bridges London, New York, Dubai, Riyadh and beyond… connecting global teams and high-profile clients.
• Afternoon: Shift seamlessly to personal matters, arranging private events, overseeing property logistics (+ vendors), and ensuring life outside the studio runs as smoothly as inside.
• Midday: Be the calm in the storm, managing urgent priorities, coordinating international travel, and helping with preparing for pivotal presentations.

• Previous experience supporting senior leaders (ideally between 3 to 5 years), ideally in fast-paced, creative or industry adjacent settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Highly organised, proactive and discreet… someone who thrives under pressure and brings clarity to complexity.
