The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding Gunnebo's footprint in the Entrance Control segment. The role involves acquisition of new customers, management of distributor/partner networks, building long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across the Western Region
- Engage regularly with new and existing customers to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order processing and project delivery
- Conduct market mapping and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline
- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, system integrators, and other key influencers
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records, sales funnel data, and market insights
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Use CRM tools effectively for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and product promotions
- Share market intelligence with product and marketing teams for strategic improvements
- Provide insights to management on regional opportunities and challenges
- Leverage a strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competition in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to maximize business potential

- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Western Region (Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business forecasting
- Exposure to payroll transition projects, automation initiatives, or system integrations
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in security, automation, access control, or related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and other key stakeholders
- Self-driven with strong ownership, planning, and follow-up capabilities
