Mentor and develop staff
Manage multidisciplinary projects with PennDOT District 6‑0, the City of Philadelphia, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission
Support highway design projects for clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area
Oversee project performance, ensuring schedule, cost, and scope are delivered on time and within budget
Prepare supplements when scope or schedule changes due to unforeseen conditions
Develop and execute project‑specific quality management plans
Prepare and submit progress reports and invoices as Project Manager
Develop Statements of Interest and proposals for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other transportation entities in the Philadelphia metropolitan region

Hold a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license
Understand PA Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) regulations and permitting processes
