Incident reporting and investigations in support of plant management
Provide a high level of expertise in the field of electrical operation and engineering - > all aspects of electrical work on Air Products operating sites
Provide technical assistance to the Maintenance department, feedback to Air Products' global electrical engineering and design groups
Ensure compliance with Air Products and local electrical safety regulations and legislations
Assist in development of local electrical safety operation procedures
Provide technical support for the trouble-free operation of the facilities, including resolutions to ad-hoc complex electrical problems in a safe and timely manner (mainly remotely and occasional visits to sites)

Previous proven experience in an industrial operation engineering position (preferably 15+ years).
Self-motivated and a high degree of personal accountability for results.
Background in the maintenance support and electrical engineering in a process industry environment, preferably in the industrial gases, oil, petrochemical, or chemical industries.
Electrical Engineering degree preferably with a chartered engineer qualification or equivalent.
Have knowledge of and experience with the electrical equipment, such as electrical protection relays, low voltage and high voltage distribution systems, large induction, and synchronous motors on both safe and hazardous area plants, VFDs (variable frequency drives), WAGO PLC (programmable logic controllers), IEC-61850 (electrical communications protocol), transformers, UPSs (uninterruptable power systems), inverters and frequency drives.
The ability to facilitate and advise on reliability focused maintenance efforts, perform physical failure analysis. Knowledge of condition-based monitoring/predictive maintenance technologies and hands-on experience.
Knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analyse (RCA) and reporting findings and recommendations
Good command / effective operational proficiency in both English and Uzbek and/or Russian languages.
Good understanding and compliance with the management of change procedures
Leadership qualities and the ability to cope with a broad range of responsibilities and levels of technical and non-technical conversations.
Proven knowledge of and experience with condition-based monitoring equipment and predictive maintenance techniques on HV motor, HV transformers, HV /LV switchgear, and electrical drives
Possess knowledge of and experience with the electrical engineering design along with legal requirements for installation, commissioning, and safe operation of the electrical systems and equipment.
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and legislations (IEC, GOST, ATEX, etc.)
Proven experience in maintenance and testing of HV motors, HV transformers, HV and LV switchgear and secondary testing of protection relays
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are a major requirement.
This would involve the remote support to the Uzbek entities and business trips to Uzbekistan would be necessary (20%).
