- Experience of advising on environmental technical design, planning and Building Regulation compliance documentation.
- Understanding technical aspects of energy and environmental efficiency.
- Experience of translating commercial and residential property owners needs into efficient and innovative solutions.
- EPC experience.
- Experience of building regulations and policies.
- Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, sustainability, renewable energy)
- Hands-on experience developing functional strategies and procedures for energy and carbon reduction.
- Bespoke/strategic sustainability guidance.
- Become familiar with new technologies e.g. hydrogen gas becoming subject matter for project.
- Energy Performance Certificates.
- An understanding of the wider context of sustainability from a policy and regulatory perspective.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Sustainability or engineering experience.
- Programming and project managing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Up to £25,000 per annum
