Manage 6 weekly auction program from end to end. Including (but not limited to) vendor set up, campaign marketing, contract management, auction day event planning.
Organise client events and client engagement initiatives
Marketing and operations management of campaigns (high volume)
Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
