Develop and prepare documentation such as legal descriptions and right-of-way materials for property and easement conveyance.
Compute, adjust, and process survey data for mapping and integration into county and state coordinate systems.
Conduct QA/QC reviews of survey data to maintain accuracy and adherence to county, state, and client standards.
Lead field survey operations, serving as crew chief when needed, and guiding teams through data collection and project design phases.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, resolve challenges, and deliver exceptional service.
Plan, organize, and manage survey projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to the development of survey policies, procedures, and best practices.

Associate degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in field survey operations, data collection, topographic surveys, and field control.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation.
Familiarity with Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
Experience applying map filing laws to right-of-way and property surveys.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong mathematical skills, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
Client-focused mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Valid driver’s license, as this position will require frequent travel.
In-depth knowledge of surveying principles, statutes, regulations, and techniques.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
