Residential Sales Manager

Description

• Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documentation.
• Maintain, develop, and oversee SES residential sales processes.
• Maintain communication between sales, operations, and management teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs.
• Identify key opportunities for automation and liaise with IT Team to support execution.
• Provide leadership and direction in managing sales administration processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage all residential leads through the SES sales process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• Manage inside and outside residential sales to ensure efficient and timely reporting, and pipeline management.
• Participate in Amicus Solar Cooperative community to follow and share industry best practices.
• Identify key opportunities for marketing and advertising and liaise with Marketing Team to support execution.

Requirements

• Experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred but not required.
• Strong experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or high-level administrative experience, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
