The Service Coordinator (Project Engineer) role is the behind‑the‑scenes expert who ensures custom closet projects are engineered, prepared and ready for flawless installation. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing and field teams to keep projects moving and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Prepare and process custom closet designs using Cabinet Vision.
Export and convert design files, verify wall dimensions, and ready jobs for production.
Review approved jobs for buildability and installation requirements.
Coordinate special‑order items and ensure timely production preparation.
Provide real‑time problem‑solving support to field teams during installations.
Visit job sites as needed to take measurements or confirm specifications.
