- Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical reporting functions
- Create customized dashboards for key stakeholders showing critical metrics
- Create standardized data collection templates that integrate with existing systems

- Deliver quarterly trend analysis identifying recurring issues and systemic risks

- Conduct monthly update meetings with regional representatives
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
- Develop visualization tools that effectively communicate complex incident data
- Conduct bi-annual effectiveness reviews of existing reporting methodologies
- Standardize reporting metrics and formats across different countries and regions

- Bachelor's degree required, with 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a command center/facilities management/Data analytics environment.

- Fluency at a professional level in written and spoken English
- Data visualization expertise
- Tracking capabilities for follow-up actions
- Ability and willingness to communicate adequately across different countries and regions
- Statistical analysis capabilities

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and/ similar tools data processing tools
