An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Design Manager to join their growing team. You will take the lead in managing the design process on major industrial and data centre projects, working closely with some of the worlds largest organisations as clients.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure robust design solutions
- Manage the full design process from pre-construction through delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance and quality
- Influence innovation, buildability, and value engineering throughout the design process
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, statutory regulations, and project objectives
- Work with global clients on some of the UK and Europe’s most high-profile schemes
- Work alongside project teams to ensure seamless integration between design and delivery

- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
- Previous experience as a Design Manager with a main contractor

- Proven background on industrial, logistics, or data centre projects is highly desirable
