The representative prepares quotes, verifies purchase orders, creates factory orders, and ensures all production information is communicated to engineers and customers. They coordinate trucking, track job information in the SAP/ERP system, and manage roll material cards and sales registers for invoicing.
Education requirements include a High School Diploma, with an associate degree considered beneficial. Candidates should have 3‑5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, be proficient in English, possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, and have basic accounting knowledge.
