The Construction Analyst III is responsible for overseeing field construction accounting and materials management across all projects. This role involves recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating construction accountants and material specialists, administering temporary construction offices, generating reports, and completing project closeouts while collaborating with business partners on material reconciliations.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with some college or an associate’s degree in business, accounting, construction management, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience are preferred. Required competencies include strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a safety‑first mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience recruiting and mentoring, and expertise in construction accounting and systems such as Oracle.
