Monitor resource deployment and review productivity rates, adjusting schedules to reflect realistic outputs.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements in all planning and scheduling activities.
Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning software, aligning with project scope, contractual milestones, and resource availability.
Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate schedule data with budget forecasts and cash flow projections.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports, including look-ahead schedules, S-curves, and manpower histograms.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identify variances, and analyze their impact on project delivery.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to gather and validate progress data.
Support the preparation and evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims in accordance with contract provisions.
Recommend process improvements and innovative tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of project planning.
Conduct forensic schedule analysis to assess delay events and prepare time impact analyses.

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Work Breakdown Structures, and risk management techniques.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 Project Management Software and other relevant project management tools.
Experience in handling claims, Extensions of Time (EOT) requests, and conducting forensic schedule analysis.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Abu Dhabi.
Project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or planning (e.g., PMI-SP) certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of industry-standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and progress measurement techniques.
