  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities as appropriate, identify and resolve conflicts, manage project dependencies and constraints

  • Works closely with business leaders to plan future projects, schedules, and manage the portfolio of projects/programs, and their interdependencies
  • Successfully manage the relationship with key stakeholders

  • Experience in HVAC or mechanical servicing industry
  • 8+ years Engineering Program/Project Management, Engineering Department Management
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, Math or Physics
  • Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing or Automotive Industry experience
  • Ensure functional commitments are achieved, strong understanding of Product Development Engineering deliverables within agreed-on time, cost, and quality parameters. Understand Key Engineering Product Requirements and Deliverables: PVSR, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R
