The Field Recruiter manages hiring for field positions, partnering with leadership to meet staffing demands and support business growth.
In this role you will ensure candidates receive clear communication throughout the process, keep the applicant tracking system up‑to‑date, and seek efficiencies in recruiting workflows.
You will also represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach, while collaborating with a talent‑acquisition team focused on continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a ready talent flow.
- Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions.
- Provide a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, setting clear expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems.
- Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement.

The position prefers a bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field, 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS platforms such as Ashby or ADP.
- Own hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires for assigned areas.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Have 1–3 years of talent acquisition or high‑volume recruiting experience.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit high organization, detail orientation, and strong time‑management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP a plus).
