As an Application Systems Engineer you will design, improve and maintain our enterprise systems, ensuring their availability and performance. You’ll be part of an agile squad, handling operational work practices, fault finding, incident management and providing advice to system users. Continuous improvement of the technology stack is a core part of the role.
- Design, improve, and maintain enterprise SaaS platforms and tools.
- Provide operational support, fault finding, incident management, and user assistance.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, testing, automation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate within an agile team to continuously enhance enterprise technology.

We are looking for candidates with three to five years of experience building, integrating and maintaining SaaS solutions such as Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools, as well as administering platforms like Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty and Slack. The ideal person can work independently, uses initiative, and thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment while focusing on security, testing, automation and monitoring.
- 3–5 years experience building, integrating, and maintaining SaaS solutions (e.g., Jira Service Management, Atlassian tools).
- Experience administering SaaS systems such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty, and Slack.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced agile environment.
- Desirable: Python automation, AWS serverless (Lambda, Step Functions), cloud DevOps, CI/CD deployment, networking (Palo Alto, Arista, Cisco).
