Senior Project Manager

Description

Manage Company scope of services and ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate with Company field leadership (Construction Manager, Safety Lead, Quality Lead).
• Approve contractor pay applications and manage change orders.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts in coordination with the client.
• Integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule.
• Installation contractor contract administration (on behalf of the client).
• Provide weekly/monthly schedule updates to the client.
• Lead internal Company team (APM, PM, QS, Scheduler, Safety, Quality).
• Review and negotiate value engineering efforts with subcontractors and design teams.
• Client invoicing, internal financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Develop scopes of work and issue tenders for installation contractors.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports and lead project status meetings.
• Identify and sell additional Company services as needed to support project success.
• Reinforce Company’s scope with the client to prevent scope creep.
