Participate in a required rotational on-call.
Perform required and preventive building maintenance work on the property, equipment, and systems, and recording them using Yardi Voyager Mobile Maintenance.
Ensuring resident satisfaction, safety, and quality standards, and addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance expenses, supplies, and inventories, and reporting on mechanical equipment and maintenance trends.
Participating in industry associations, educational workshops, and personal networks to maintain professional and technical knowledge and skills.
