The Wellbeing & Events Manager sits at the centre of the student experience, designing and delivering programs that foster connection, wellbeing and belonging. The position combines event planning, frontline student support, community building and the leadership of casual event staff, working closely with the onsite Community Manager and broader Greystar teams.
- Create and deliver a diverse calendar of wellbeing‑focused events and programs.
- Manage events end‑to‑end, including concept, budgeting, execution and post‑event evaluation.
- Capture and repurpose event content for resident engagement and marketing.
- Provide frontline wellbeing support, responding to concerns, complaints and incidents.
- Liaise with universities and external services to connect students with appropriate help.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local vendors, suppliers and community organisations.
- Lead, train and schedule casual event staff to ensure coverage across evenings and weekends.
- Assist with front‑desk queries, resident communications and overall community operations.
- Apply a warm, empathetic approach while managing sensitive wellbeing situations.
- Utilise scheduling tools, CRM/EDM systems and platforms such as StarRez.
- Impact student wellbeing through a purpose‑driven role.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence, eligibility for a National Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
