Oversee Construction and Execution of all Real Estate project, Targets, Profitability, Delivery, Safety & Quality. Stakeholder Management.

Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards. Business development and strategic tie ups with developers investors and consultants, implementation of ABEM in the business Zone.
Ownership of outcomes in all respect ensuring achievement of results as per Annual Business Plan. Driving digital adoption of results. Building capabilities across people, processes, and resource management.
Organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced Project phase environment. Drive P&L through linking of management’s vision for the Zone, budget and to target to get desired profitability from different business verticals i.e. Residential, Commercial. Strategize and lead financial performance, quality, culture, and adherence to timelines & schedules. Manage various critical aspects of a project: scope, project schedules, estimates, quality, work plans, and resource plans, anticipate risks, market sentiments.
