Padel Coach - 321 Sports

Description

• Provide feedback on lesson performance and player development to line managers.
• Work collaboratively during multi-sport events or cross-venue activities.
• Deliver private lessons, group sessions, junior programs, and internal tournaments.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and satisfaction levels among players.
• Represent 321Sports in a professional manner during events, tournaments, or activations.
• Organize and promote padel community activations, corporate sessions, and internal competitions.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in padel coaching via recognized governing bodies.
• Maintain and report on the condition of padel equipment and request consumables as needed.
• Operate within the constraints of the coach's accreditation and 321Sports H&S policies.
• Adjust training plans based on player levels, goals, and progression.
• Attend internal training workshops and external certifications when required.
• Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Commercial, Facility Management) to ensure program efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safe coaching practice, including warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention.
• Provide mentorship to new padel coaches and ensure alignment with program standards.
• Support assistant coaches and volunteers during sessions; guide their development.
• Ensure padel courts are set up, safe, and well-maintained before and after sessions.
• Support the development of padel training curricula, progress pathways, and seasonal plans.
• Assist the operations team with venue preparations during events and high-traffic days.
• Assist in implementing promotional initiatives to increase padel court utilization.
• Ensure compliance with venue HSE, Child Protection, and Risk Assessment protocols.
• Conduct padel coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and academies.
