- 1-2+ years experience in outdoor safety‑focused roles (military, construction, utilities, road maintenance, heavy equipment) or traffic control with ATSSA certification.
- Experience leading small crews and enforcing safety rules.
- TCT/TCS certification preferred; ATSSA certificate; OSHA 10/30 a plus.
- Minimum 1 year driving experience; valid state driver’s license; ability to read/interpret blueprints preferred.
- Pass pre‑employment safety‑sensitive screening, including drug test.
- Field‑based role; lift up to 60 lb, stand 8‑12 hours daily; work outdoors in all weather; wear steel/composite toe boots.
