Under general direction of the HR Systems & Programs Section Leader (SSM II), the incumbent will perform a variety of general and specialized clerical duties related to filing, typing, data entry, record maintenance of average difficulty in support of the mission and vision of the Human Resources Branch (HRB). The incumbent acts as a lead support to the branch and interacts with all levels of staff within the organization.

Note: Effective July 1, 2025, a 3% salary reduction is in place under the Personal Leave Program (PLP), with 5 hours of Personal Leave Credit earned monthly in exchange. This program is subject to change based on union agreements and state budget policy.
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
