Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of tender drawings, shop drawings, and final documentation. -Attend design review meetings and incorporate feedback promptly. -To build your career by assisting in the delivery of ‘leading edge’ engineering projects. -Maintain drawing revision history and ensure version control. -Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes or interferences. -To work with a vibrant, agile and multi-functional team in delivering projects on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards. -Convert hand sketches or scanned images into digital CAD drawings. -Comply with internal CAD quality standards and drawing templates. -Prepare and update detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics. -Generate as-built drawings after project completion.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of CDM regulations and utility mapping. -HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. -Experience with BIM/Revit or other 3D modelling software. -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -Strong understanding of electrical schematics, layout drawings, and civil interfaces. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. -Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D desirable). -Familiarity with UK DNO/IDNO standards and specifications.
